The EX-150G3-VM is designed for the all-new Volvo VNL and VNR platform. Exact fitment depends on the truck model, model year, body configuration, axle configuration, and other vehicle-specific requirements.

Required Mounting Hardware: A vehicle-specific Ex-Guard mounting bracket kit is required for installation and is sold separately. Verify the correct bracket kit for your exact Volvo application before ordering.

For applicable all-new Volvo VNL installations, Ex-Guard offers the XG-26VNL mounting bracket kit. For applicable all-new Volvo VNR installations, the corresponding vehicle-specific mounting system must be verified before ordering.

CMS Compatibility: Ex-Guard Generation 3 guards are ClearZone® CMS compatible. Proper vehicle-specific fitment and installation are required, and CMS compatibility does not guarantee system performance in every circumstance.

• Use appropriate lifting equipment and safe handling procedures during installation.
• Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and use the specified mounting hardware and torque specifications.
• Do not modify, drill, weld, cut, or otherwise alter the guard or mounting brackets unless specifically authorized by the manufacturer.
• Inspect the guard, latches, mounting brackets, and hardware regularly for damage, looseness, cracks, corrosion, or excessive wear.
• Make sure both LEVRLock™ latches are properly secured before operating the vehicle.
• The guard adds weight to the front of the vehicle. Verify that vehicle weight, axle-weight, and payload requirements remain within applicable limits.
• ClearZone® CMS compatibility is based on Ex-Guard's tested design. Proper installation and correct vehicle-specific mounting are required, and compatibility does not guarantee CMS performance in every circumstance.
• The license plate bracket is not included with this EX Series guard and is available separately.
• Professional installation is recommended for customers who are not experienced with heavy-duty commercial truck equipment.
