Local Pickup
Customers can pick up available products directly from either INA Equipment location.
You can:
- Place your order online and select pickup
- Call us before arrival
- Purchase directly at our location
Available products may qualify for same-day pickup.
- Order Verification: Please inspect your products before leaving our facility to confirm everything is correct. Once pickup paperwork is completed and the order leaves our location, INA Equipment Sales LLC cannot be responsible for missing or incorrect merchandise.
Local Delivery by INA Equipment
INA Equipment offers direct local delivery options from our Illinois locations. This service may provide more competitive delivery rates compared to standard UPS, FedEx, or freight shipping, especially for larger truck equipment, trailer equipment, and multiple-item orders.
Illinois Delivery
Customers throughout Illinois may qualify for direct delivery from INA Equipment locations with competitive local delivery rates:
- Orders $1,500 and up: FREE shipping or options may apply depending on product type
- Orders $801–$1,499.99: $30 delivery
- Orders $601–$800.99: $40 delivery
- Orders $450–$600.99: $50 delivery
Most qualifying Illinois deliveries are completed within approximately 1–2 business days.
Free Local Delivery Near Joliet
Customers located within approximately 10 miles of our Joliet location receive FREE local delivery with no minimum order requirement.
Indiana & Wisconsin Delivery
Customers in nearby areas of Indiana and Wisconsin should contact INA Equipment before placing an order. We may be able to provide better delivery rates than standard UPS, FedEx, or freight shipping options.
Montgomery Local Delivery
Customers located within approximately 120 miles of our Montgomery location may qualify for direct delivery by INA Equipment. Delivery availability and pricing depend on location, product type, and order size.

Free Shipping Program
Free Shipping Available on Orders Over $1,500
INA Equipment offers free shipping across the contiguous United States on qualifying orders over $1,500.
Most standard products qualify, including:

Look for the Free Shipping Progress Bar on product pages. Add qualifying products to your cart and track your progress toward free shipping.
Alaska and Hawaii are currently excluded from the free shipping program.
Products With Special Shipping Requirements
Some heavy or oversized products may not qualify for automatic free shipping due to size, weight, or special handling requirements.
