Local Pickup
Customers can pick up available products directly from either INA Equipment location.
You can:
- Place your order online and select pickup
- Call us before arrival
- Purchase directly at our location
Available products may qualify for same-day pickup.
- Order Verification: Please inspect your products before leaving our facility to confirm everything is correct. Once pickup paperwork is completed and the order leaves our location, INA Equipment Sales LLC cannot be responsible for missing or incorrect merchandise.
Local Delivery by INA Equipment
Customers located within approximately 120 miles of our Joliet or Montgomery locations may qualify for direct local delivery by INA Equipment.
For qualifying orders, our local delivery service may provide lower delivery rates compared to standard shipping options, especially for larger truck equipment, trailer equipment, and multiple-item orders.

Small & Standard Package Shipping
For small and standard-size products, available shipping methods will appear directly during checkout based on your selected items and delivery address.

Large & Heavy Equipment Shipping (LTL Freight)
Some oversized and heavy-duty products require custom freight shipping and may not display shipping rates during checkout.

Free Shipping Program
Free Shipping Available on Orders Over $1,500
INA Equipment offers free shipping across the contiguous 48 states on qualifying orders over $1,500.
Most standard products qualify, including:

Look for the Free Shipping Progress Bar on product pages. Add qualifying products to your cart and track your progress toward free shipping.
Alaska and Hawaii are currently excluded from the free shipping program.

Some heavy or oversized products may not qualify for automatic free shipping due to size, weight, or special handling requirements.
