Pick Up Policy
The fastest way to receive your order is to pick it up directly from our store in Plainfield, IL. You can place your order online, call us or place your order in person and we will prepare it for pickup.
- Order Verification: Please check all your products before leaving our facility to ensure everything is correct. Once you leave, INA Equipment Sales LLC is not responsible for any missing or incorrect merchandise after you've signed your pickup paperwork and left the premises.
Shipping Policy
INA Equipment Sales LLC processes orders in the order they are received. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt.
Shipping Methods:
- Small Packages: We ship small packages (most orders under 300lbs) via UPS. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the products, the number of boxes, and your address. The rates come directly from UPS without any upcharge, and any discounts are passed on to you.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited shipping options like Next Day, Overnight, or 2nd Day, please call us for a quote. Orders placed before 1:30 pm CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- LTL (Less than Truckload) Orders: These may take 1-2 days to process. We will ship LTL orders with the best and fastest shipper available. If you have a preferred carrier, and there is a rate difference, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
Important Notes:
- UPS does not deliver to businesses on Saturdays. Special delivery options for residential addresses can be quoted.
- Always check your LTL delivery before the driver leaves and mark any missing products or damage on the delivery receipt. Without this, we cannot make a claim with the shipper on your behalf.
Exclusions and Surcharges:
- The following items ship at a higher class and are excluded from free shipping:
- Aluminum/Stainless Steel Products (e.g., Headache Racks, Tool Boxes, Loading Ramps)
- Side Kits
- Free shipping is only valid for commercial addresses that do not require lift-gate service. Residential, lift-gate delivery, high-cost service areas, oversized items, and arbitrary charges are extra and will be billed separately.
- Carriers may have surcharges for delivery to limited-access addresses (e.g., remote locations, islands, military bases, oilfields). These addresses do not qualify for free shipping, and surcharges will be charged to the customer.
- Any state compliance charges are not covered under the free shipping policy. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with the carrier's compliance charges to their state.
Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping is available for the Metro Chicago Area. Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of being placed on business days.
For other areas, free shipping is available as follows:
- Over $1500: IL, IN, KY, MO, IA, WI, OH, MI
- Over $2000: WY, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, AR, LA, MS, TN, MS, AL, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, CT, RI, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
- Over $3000: WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, VT, AZ, NM
Alaska and Hawaii are not included in the free shipping policy.
Products Excluded from Free Shipping Policy:
- Toolboxes
- Cab Racks
- Ramps
- Oversized Items that ship in a high weight class
- Decking Shoring Beams
- Deer Guards
INA Equipment Sales LLC will cover the cost of normal ground shipping (Ground or LTL) under the free shipping policy. Any additional charges, such as lift gate charges, California surcharges, remote location fees, and limited access fees, will be the customer’s responsibility.
