Return Policy

Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. A 5% re-stocking fee applies to items returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as processing times can vary.

Non-refundable Items
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@inaequipment.com and mail your item to: 25712 W 143rd St, Plainfield, IL 60544.
Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
- If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please email a picture along with your invoice number, name, and the best phone number to reach you at customerservice@inaequipment.com. We will rectify the situation immediately.
- For damaged items, do not open the package. Take a picture and send it to customerservice@inaequipment.com with your invoice number, name, and phone number. We will arrange for an exchange.
- If the item has been opened and damage is noticed, take a picture and email it to the above address. We will contact you.
Product-Specific Policies
Cargo Securing Equipment
- All cargo securing equipment has a 90-day manufacturing warranty.
- Items will be replaced if defective; no refunds will be issued.
- The warranty does not cover damage from improper use.
