Return Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. A 5% re-stocking fee applies to items returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as processing times can vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@inaequipment.com.

Non-refundable Items

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@inaequipment.com and mail your item to: 25712 W 143rd St, Plainfield, IL 60544.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please email a picture along with your invoice number, name, and the best phone number to reach you at customerservice@inaequipment.com. We will rectify the situation immediately.
  • For damaged items, do not open the package. Take a picture and send it to customerservice@inaequipment.com with your invoice number, name, and phone number. We will arrange for an exchange.
  • If the item has been opened and damage is noticed, take a picture and email it to the above address. We will contact you.

Product-Specific Policies

Cargo Securing Equipment

  • All cargo securing equipment has a 90-day manufacturing warranty.
  • Items will be replaced if defective; no refunds will be issued.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from improper use.
