Experience extreme-duty front-end protection with the Ex-Guard EX-150G3-VM Grille Guard, engineered for compatible set-back axle configurations of the all-new Volvo VNL and VNR. This Generation 3 guard is designed to protect critical front-end components including the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille.
Built from 8-gauge high-tensile steel and finished with EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC coating, the EX-150G3-VM combines heavy-duty construction with long-term protection against demanding road conditions.
ClearZone® CMS Compatible: Ex-Guard Generation 3 guards have been tested and verified by applicable collision mitigation system (CMS) radar manufacturers to fall within established verification zones while avoiding radar keep-out zones. Ex-Guard states that its Generation 3 guards have been verified for CMS radar systems used on Freightliner®, Kenworth®, Peterbilt®, International®, Volvo®, Mack®, and Western Star® applications. Proper vehicle-specific fitment and installation are required for intended CMS compatibility.
LEVRLock™ Latches: The Generation 3 latch system uses two LEVRLock™ latches with ergonomic handles and a rattle-resistant design for convenient access during inspections and maintenance.
Vehicle-specific mounting brackets are required and sold separately. The appropriate Ex-Guard bracket kit must be selected for the specific Volvo application.
