The Ex-Guard EX Series Grille Guard delivers heavy-duty front-end protection for Set-Back Axle trucks while maintaining full compatibility with modern safety systems.
ClearZone® CMS Compatible: EX Generation 3 guards (along with XM & XG Series) are officially tested and verified by CMS radar manufacturers to operate within approved “Verification Zones” while avoiding “Keep-Out Zones.” This ensures the Collision Mitigation System functions correctly and without obstruction. Verified for Freightliner®, Kenworth®, Peterbilt®, International®, Volvo®, Mack®, and Western Star® as of August 1, 2024.
LEVRLock™ Latches: This third-generation latch system provides the strongest and most reliable latch design Ex-Guard has ever produced. It includes ergonomic handles and a rattle-resistant structure for long-term durability and ease of use.
Constructed from 8-gauge high-tensile steel and protected with the industry-leading EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC finish, this 1-piece guard ensures years of dependable performance.
