Protect the front end of your commercial truck with the Ex-Guard EX-125G3 Generation 3 Grille Guard, available through INA Equipment. Designed for compatible set-back axle truck applications, this extreme-duty grille guard helps protect key front-end components including the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille.
The EX-125G3 is constructed from 8-gauge high-tensile steel and finished with Ex-Guard's EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC coating, providing durable protection designed for demanding commercial trucking environments.
Generation 3 features LEVRLock™ dual-cam latches with ergonomic handles and a rattle-resistant design, providing convenient access to the front of the truck for inspections and maintenance.
ClearZone® CMS Compatible: Ex-Guard Generation 3 guards have been tested and verified by applicable collision mitigation system radar manufacturers to fall within established verification zones while avoiding radar keep-out zones. Proper vehicle-specific fitment and installation are required for the CMS to operate as intended.
Important: The vehicle-specific mounting bracket and license plate bracket are sold separately. Verify the correct mounting hardware for your specific truck application before ordering.

- Do not install the guard without the correct Ex-Guard mounting hardware for your specific vehicle.
- The listed 145 lb. guard weight does not include vehicle-specific mounting brackets.
- Use appropriate lifting equipment and safe handling procedures during installation.
- Follow all manufacturer installation instructions and applicable torque specifications.
- Do not modify, cut, drill, weld, or otherwise alter the guard or mounting brackets unless specifically authorized by the manufacturer.
- Inspect the guard, latches, mounting brackets, and hardware regularly for damage, looseness, cracks, corrosion, or excessive wear.
- Make sure both LEVRLock™ latches are fully engaged and secured before operating the vehicle.
- The guard adds weight to the front of the vehicle. Verify that vehicle weight, axle-weight, and payload requirements remain within applicable limits.
- ClearZone® CMS compatibility is based on Ex-Guard's tested design. Proper vehicle-specific installation is required, and compatibility does not guarantee CMS performance in every circumstance.
- The license plate bracket is sold separately and is not included with the guard.
- Professional installation is recommended for customers who are not experienced with heavy-duty commercial truck equipment.
