- Inspect the webbing, ratchet, swivel J-hooks, rubber tread blocks, and stitching before each use. Do not use if damaged, cut, frayed, bent, or excessively worn.
- Never exceed the 1,667 lb Working Load Limit.
- Position the rubber tread blocks properly on the tire before tightening.
- Ensure the swivel J-hooks are securely attached to properly rated anchor points before tightening.
- Do not use cheater bars or extensions on the ratchet handle.
- Webbing is rated for temperatures from -40°F (-40°C) to 194°F (90°C).
- Ensure the vehicle is properly positioned and stable before tightening or releasing strap tension.
