Protect the front end of your all-new Volvo truck with the INA Equipment Deer Guard EX-150-VM, Generation 3. This heavy-duty Ex-Guard grille guard is designed for the all-new Volvo VNL and VNR platform and provides extreme-duty front-end protection for demanding commercial trucking applications.
The EX-150G3-VM provides coverage for the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille. Its one-piece construction uses 8-gauge high-tensile steel tubing for a strong and durable protective structure without the additional height and weight of the XG Series.
The guard features Ex-Guard's EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC coating, designed to resist UV exposure, rust, and road salt. The Generation 3 design also features LEVRLock™ dual latches with an ergonomic handle and rattle-resistant design for convenient access during inspections and maintenance.
The EX-150G3-VM is also designed with ClearZone® CMS compatibility, helping maintain the operating area required by compatible collision mitigation radar systems when properly installed. The guard is manufactured in the USA by Ex-Guard Industries.

The EX-150G3-VM guard is designed for Generation 3 applications and should be installed with the appropriate Ex-Guard mounting hardware. The guard itself does not include the vehicle-specific mounting brackets.

- The EX-150G3-VM is designed for the all-new Volvo VNL and VNR platform and requires the appropriate vehicle-specific mounting bracket kit.
- Mounting brackets are not included with the guard and must be purchased separately.
- Do not install the guard without the correct Ex-Guard mounting hardware for your specific vehicle.
- Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and use the specified mounting hardware.
- Do not modify, drill, weld, cut, or otherwise alter the guard or mounting brackets unless specifically authorized by the manufacturer.
- Inspect the guard, latches, mounting brackets, and hardware before each use. Do not operate the vehicle with damaged, loose, cracked, or missing components.
- Periodically inspect all mounting hardware for looseness, damage, corrosion, or other signs of wear.
- Make sure both LEVRLock™ latches are properly secured before operating the vehicle.
- The guard adds weight to the front of the vehicle. Verify that vehicle weight, axle-weight, and payload requirements remain within applicable limits.
- ClearZone® CMS compatibility is based on Ex-Guard's tested design. Proper installation and correct vehicle-specific mounting are required; compatibility does not guarantee CMS performance in every circumstance.
- The license plate bracket is not included with this EX Series guard and is available separately.
- Professional installation is recommended for customers who are not experienced with heavy-duty commercial truck equipment.
