Important: The 6,600 lb Working Load Limit applies to this J-plate when properly installed and used within the manufacturer's intended application. The capacity of the complete cargo-securement system is limited by the component with the lowest rated capacity.
- For Benson Trailer Systems Only: Verify that the trailer's winch/J-track is compatible with this J-plate before use.
- Do not exceed the 6,600 lb WLL of the J-plate.
- Do not exceed the WLL of the strap, chain, hook, winch, track, or any other component used with the J-plate.
- Make sure the J-plate is properly positioned and fully engaged in the trailer track before applying load.
- Do not use a J-plate that is cracked, bent, deformed, excessively worn, or otherwise damaged.
- Inspect the trailer track and J-plate before each use for damage, excessive wear, or deformation.
- Use appropriate cargo-securement equipment and follow all applicable federal, state, and local cargo-securement requirements.
- The stated WLL is for cargo securement and is not an indication that the product is approved for overhead lifting.
