  • HH-66 Vinyl Cement – 8 oz

RH Adhesives HH-66 Vinyl Cement is a professional-grade adhesive designed for bonding PVC vinyl-coated materials and repairing a wide range of flexible vinyl products. Its fast-setting formula creates a strong, flexible bond that remains durable through weather and temperature extremes.

HH-66 is especially well suited for tarp repair, patching, sealing, and fabrication of vinyl-coated materials. It can also be used with compatible vinyl, canvas, neoprene, leather, fiberglass, foams, vinyl films, and other materials specified by the manufacturer.

The adhesive sets in approximately 2–5 minutes and can be applied with a brush or roller. For best results, apply an even coat to both surfaces, allow the cement to become tacky, then press the surfaces together firmly.

  • Fitment & Compatibility

    Recommended applications include:

    • Truck and trailer tarp repair
    • Vinyl-coated fabric repair
    • Commercial tarps and covers
    • Tents and awnings

    • Inflatable boats and compatible PVC watercraft
    • Vinyl pools and pool liners
    • Geomembranes

HH-66 is designed primarily for PVC vinyl and vinyl-coated materials. Always test the adhesive on a small inconspicuous area when bonding unfamiliar materials.

Not compatible with: polyethylene (PE) tarps, including typical blue polyethylene tarps. RH Adhesives also does not recommend standard HH-66 for extremely thin vinyl used for lettering or wraps.
